Adam Raga without podium

The Gas Gas rider finished fourth in the Italian GP. Jorge Casales was second in Junior
The town of Santo Stefano d'Aveto has welcomed on sunday the Italian Grand Prix of Trial World Championship. The race has been concentrated in a single day in which the result of Adam Raga has been conditioned by a bad first round. Gas Gas leader had several mistakes that have been placed him in fifth position after scoring 26 points. Areas, very technical and controls that they penalized minimum error of the participants, put just Cabestany with less than 10 points on the board. In the second round Raga has regained lost ground but it was not enough for one of the three drawers on the podium. The victory was for Toni Bou, who has won the outdoor Trial World Championship one meeting before the end. Now the fight is concentrated for the second place between Albert Cabestany, Jeroni Fajardo and Raga Adam himself, in the Grand Prix of Great Britain the next July 28th and 29th. The rider from Ulldecona (Catalonia) is fourth overall with 155 points.
In Junior, Jorge Casales, who has only added 29 points in the two rounds done, return to glory with a superb second place behind the Belgian Maxime Warenghien, which has also led to victory with a Gas Gas bike.

ÀDAM RAGA
"I paid the mistakes I've made in the first round. I had disadvantage opening the areas before my rivals, but then I could overcome. The most positive thing is that I've cut points to Fajardo and it'll decide the runner-up in Britain, where I hope a good result. "
